To qualify for ANY support for car service, You MUST be an active member of DIC Spring Church.
IN ADDITION to the above, to qualify for VEHICLE MAINTENANCE, you MUST fall under one of the following criteria:
1. Members who are 65 years or older.
2. Members who are single parents.
3. Members who are widows/widowers.
